Project
Southcamp
LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DUNSBOROUGH, THE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES NEW BOUTIQUE CABINS, MICRO-BREWERY, COFFEE ROASTERY AND GOURMET GROCER, WITH A SUBSTANTIAL OUTDOOR ALFRESCO AREA.
Key Aspects
Outset engagement to produce a development macroplan enabled the Place Development team to ensure 61 Dunn Bay Road has been engineered effectively to its location and in turn, target and secure a suitable anchor tenant.
The team worked closely with the client, the City of Busselton and many members of the Dunsborough community to deliver a bespoke social hub that is small in scale yet substantial in offer - celebrating the local coastal culture with relaxed food, beverage and accommodation experiences.
The project brings together some of the South West and WA’s best-in-class operators and is carefully designed to ensure a ‘light-touch’ approach to the existing Dugelup Brook creek line and the substantial retention of trees, native landscaping and solar optimisation.
