Key project deliverables include the design and delivery of a new golf clubhouse featuring proshop, restaurant and alfresco (designed by award-winning architects of Wembley golfcourse, Gresley Abas); upgrades to Australia’s top ranked Links Kennedy Bay golf course (designed in collaboration with world-leading golf course architect, Graham Marsh); a new commercial and retail village centre and; over 900 dwellings positioned in the natural dunes with access to beach, public jetty and public moorings,
